With a £2 million investment backing us, we are dedicated to creating tools that make a real difference, helping UK businesses boost their productivity through the power of AI. From streamlining workflows to enhancing team collaboration, our innovative solutions are designed to save time, reduce admin burdens, and drive meaningful results.
Our journey began at college when we decided to explore opportunities in the business world. At a business festival, we entered an open mic start-up pitching competition on a whim. Winning that competition was a pivotal moment, giving us the confidence and resources to develop our first product. In early 2024, after extensive research and development, we launched InterviewBoss, an AI-driven interview preparation tool. The response was incredible, with over 25,000 users signing up within four months.
While thrilled with this success, we realised there was so much more we could achieve. To accelerate our growth and bring even more innovative solutions to market, we partnered with Ridown Group.
Their support enabled us to create Echo, an AI-powered meeting assistant that’s transforming how teams handle their meetings. Echo automatically joins calls, transcribes discussions, summarises key points, and delivers actionable recaps, helping teams stay organised and focused. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with users praising its ability to simplify meeting management and eliminate unnecessary admin.

Ben drives the innovation and design behind all our tools, making sure we are always pioneers in the industry. As well as this he provides insight and strategic direction to all OneHive businesses.
Ben is a strong advocate for the value of building trusted, lasting relationships and believes that collaboration is key to driving growth through well-defined strategic commercial goals.
At just 17, Ben and Charlie, became the youngest ever winners of the VentureFest Open-Mic Pitch competition, followed by receiving the Start-up Disruptors award. Ben lives in Hampshire and attended school and college in the local area.

Charlie leads growth, marketing and design at OneHive, ensuring that every business under the OneHive brand recieves the recognition and userbase it deserves.
With a keen eye for design and a strategic approach to marketing, he drives our customer acquisition strategies and ensures that every product launch is aligned with our long-term vision. Charlie is passionate about leveraging creativity to build impactful campaigns and believes that effective marketing is rooted in understanding the customer’s journey.
Charlie also lives in Hampshire and attended school and college locally alongside Ben.
